Dr. Olga Ward is a procedural GP in West Australia who maintains active involvement in rural and remote work through her regular clinics with the Rural Health Outreach Foundation. A procedural rural GP since 1994, and one of the first GPs in Australia to obtain a FARGP in surgery as well as in adult internal medicine, she maintains a broad range of skills including palliative care, aviation medicine, and teaching.

Olga loves supporting and mentoring the students in the Rural Clinical School at Narrogin and is hoping to do the same in Katanning from 2020 as an additional challenge. Deeply involved in the support and education of GPs, she is currently mentoring registrars via RVTS, and has a particular soft spot for rural generalists seeking ongoing mentoring.
