Tim Senior is an experienced GP working with people with complex health and social problems, advocating for policy and environments that keep them well.
Tim Senior works as a GP at the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service in South West Sydney. He writes on General Practice and the social causes of ill health. He is the Medical Advisor in the RACGP Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health. He has previously worked as a Medical Educator and has practiced in the Northern Territory and Thursday Island, as well as in the UK.
He is a contributing editor and member of Croakey Health Media and writes a regular column for the British Journal of General Practice. He is active on social media, and was named as one of the top 10 health users of Twitter in Australia.
In his spare time, he grows some vegetables, brews some beer, and plays some music.
